Plaisir de Merle Wines are nurtured from the grapes that grow on the slopes of the towering, sun-shading Simonsberg. A jewel of the Stellenbosch, Paarl and Franschhoek Winelands, Plaisir de Merle Wine Estate was established in 1693 and their legacy continues to unfold through renewal and loyalty to the land.

The wine tasting centre is open seven days per week, and offers cheese platters. The splendid Manor House can accommodate up to eight guests and is the ideal venue for a wedding party. The function venue is ideal for groups of up to 20 people for meetings or conferences.
